The basics

What is TILED?
A point of sale and back office made of apps. TILED Core runs the register, your products, orders, customers and reports, and add-on Tiles cover the rest of the store.
What's a Tile?
One app inside TILED. A café can add a kitchen display, a furniture store can add deliveries, and nobody pays for the other one's stuff.
How do I see it with my own products?
Book a demo and we'll show you TILED Core and the Tiles you'd actually use, with a straight answer on what your month would cost.
How do I sign in to my store?
Every store has its own address, like your-store.tiledcommerce.com. Go to Sign in and type yours; if it's a little off, we'll suggest the closest match.
Where can I see what's new?
The release notes list every update we've sent to stores, newest first.

Pricing

What's in TILED Core?
Products, Point of Sale, Orders, Customers and Reports: the foundation every store runs on. Core starts at $15/month.
What does a Tile cost?
Tiles start at just $1/month. Simple ones cost very little; bigger ones cost more, depending on what they do and what they take to run. Your demo comes with a quote for the Tiles you'd use.
Do I pay for a Tile I'm not using?
Generally, no, and that's the point. A Tile can stay available all year, and it's only billed in the months your store actually uses it.
Do I have to switch Tiles on and off to avoid a charge?
Nope. Leave them where they are. Your bill follows what your store actually did, not which switches you remembered to flip.
What happens in a busy month?
Some Tiles scale with use: a light month costs the starting price, a heavy one costs more. You never have to jump to a bigger plan just to keep going.
Is there a usage charge?
Your monthly price includes a usage allowance, and most stores stay inside it. If yours goes past it, the extra usage is billed on top of Core and your Tiles.
Are there Basic, Pro and Enterprise plans?
No. You start with Core and add the Tiles you need. Small stores don't pay enterprise prices, and stores that lean on TILED heavily pay in proportion to what they use.
